Senior Performance Marketing Executive – B2C Fintech Scaleup

Propel is partnering with a fast-growing B2C fintech scaleup that is revolutionising the way people manage money globally. This mobile-first platform has solidified its position as a leader in its sector, experiencing remarkable growth and significant investment.

They are now looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute key marketing functions while contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

The Role

The Senior Performance Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and overall business growth. This role requires a proactive, data-driven individual with a strong marketing background. As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Digital Marketing Campaigns: Work with internal and external partners to execute performance-driven campaigns aimed at acquiring customers and driving business growth.
  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, digital PR, and other digital channels.
  • Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Take ownership of paid media efforts (paid social, PPC, etc.), continuously optimising campaigns to achieve the best results.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Use tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to track campaign performance, analsze data, and make informed decisions for ongoing optimization.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Improve conversion rates through A/B testing, creative optimization, and effective landing page management.
  • Agency and Partner Collaboration: Manage relationships with external agencies (PPC, paid social) to ensure marketing efforts deliver the maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with CRM, data, and web teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience in performance-driven digital marketing, preferably within a high-growth B2C company or fintech space.
  • Expertise in Paid Media, SEO, PPC, and Digital PR: In-depth knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), SEO best practices, and digital PR strategies.
  • Proven Track Record: Strong experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns, from strategy creation to execution and performance analysis, with an emphasis on improving ROI and conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable analysing large datasets and using tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Looker, and Tableau to drive marketing decisions.
  • Self-Starter with Strong Initiative: A proactive mindset, able to identify opportunities, make decisions quickly, and drive growth.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all digital marketing efforts are executed with precision and excellence in a fast-paced environment.
