Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan recherche un Senior Performance Analyst pour rejoindre une équipe dédiée aux services SEND dans un borough londonien. Ce rôle clé vous permettra d'influencer directement la prise de décision au sein du service éducatif grâce à des analyses de données rigoureuses et des visualisations précises. Vous serez responsable de développer des KPIs, de travailler avec des parties prenantes internes, et de rapporter vos trouvailles aux leaders seniors.

Qualifications

• Expérience en analyse de données et reporting dans le secteur public.
• Connaissance des données SEND ou des services éducatifs.
• Compétence en Power BI, en particulier en DAX et modélisation de données.

Responsibilities

• Diriger l'analyse de performance et le reporting des services SEND.
• Développer et gérer des KPI alignés aux priorités statutaires et aux services.

Job Title: Senior Performance Analyst – SEND

Contract: 3-Month Rolling

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 1-2 days on-site per week)

Start: ASAP

Salt’s Local Government team is working with a London borough to recruit an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to lead on performance and intelligence work within their Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services.

This is a key role where your analytical expertise will help shape decision-making across the Education division. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality data insights, visualisations, and reports that directly inform strategic planning, commissioning, and service improvement in SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance analysis and reporting across SEND services
• Develop and manage KPIs aligned to statutory and service priorities
• Deliver clear, actionable insights using tools such as Power BI
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve data quality, usage, and governance
• Support statutory reporting and present findings to senior leaders and external partners
• Maintain performance systems and lead on improvements to reporting frameworks

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in data analysis and performance reporting within the public sector
• Demonstrable experience working with SEND data or within Education services
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modelling
• Comfortable handling large datasets from systems like CAPITA (One), Mosaic, or similar
• Confident communicating complex data to non-technical audiences
• Experience producing reports to support inspections, audits, or statutory requirements
