  • Lead functional support for key PeopleSoft Payroll customers

Senior Peoplesoft Payroll Functional Support Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

You will:

  • Report to the Head of PeopleSoft Managed Service
  • Oversee functional support for Version 1 Peoplesoft Global Payroll Customers
  • Input to service design and support for service implementation
  • Drive forward Internal service reporting
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting of team costs, and project revenues
  • Achieve and maintaining standards for ISO20000 compliance across the team
  • Explore and drive opportunities within existing customers for new/additional work
  • Conduct regular Service Review calls with customers
  • Oversee customer escalations or issues, problems, and requirements
  • Achieve targets and improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction
  • Manage business risk and knowledge to ensure business continuity
  • Identify and progress Continual Service Improvement initiative

You will communicate with other team leads to

  • Identify resourcing issues
  • Cross team opportunities
  • Cross team support requirements

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

You will have:

  • Extensive expertise in a PeopleSoft Global Payroll Functional Role
  • Strong Payroll Administration experience
  • Experience with additional PeopleSoft modules an advantage
  • Strong customer service/relationship management experience (Customer)
  • Strong analytical skills (Strategy, Financials)
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a process driven environment (Strategy, People)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (People, Customer)
  • Self-starter. Can take on assignments, driving through contacting the appropriate parties to get them done and escalate when progress is impeded.
  • A team player ethic and be self-motivated. In addition, you must demonstrate a strong customer-centric ethos.
  • Previous consultancy experiences (Desirable)
