Qualifications

• Senior HR/change professional with experience leading workforce transitions and organisational change.
• Strong practical experience of TUPE and complex employee transfers.
• Experience with employee consultation and Trade Union engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transition, transformation or organisational change initiatives.
• Advise on TUPE and complex employee transfers with governance in mind.
• Engage with employees, management and unions to ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide expert employment law guidance and risk management in workforce projects.
• Influence senior executives and stakeholders through clear HR strategy and governance.
• Oversee programme delivery with strong stakeholder and risk management.
