You'll partner closely with senior tech leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple regions to design and implement people strategies that scale our business. Your work will shape how technical teams grow, evolve, and thrive-from agile org design to data-driven decision-making, from global talent strategies to engineering engagement and retention.
Reporting to our HR & Talent Director, you'll work in a remote-first, distributed environment with teams across the UK, Europe, Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, and more-applying deep people expertise to the nuances of high-growth tech at scale.
