Job summary

The Travel Chapter is seeking a Senior People Business Partner on a 12 month fixed-term contract at our North Devon hybrid site. You will partner with senior leaders to translate the People Strategy into practical actions across the employee lifecycle, guiding change, acquisitions and TUPE activity while maintaining a positive team member experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive People Business Partner experience with senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and practical application.
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues.
• Experience with acquisitions, integrations, and TUPE transfers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the most senior People Business Partner in absence of Head of People Talent and Operations.
• Lead and support activity across the full employee lifecycle (planning, onboarding, performance, talent, succession, reward, engagement).
• Manage complex employee relations matters per employment law and policy.
• Coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Support organisational change, acquisitions, integrations and TUPE processes.
• Use people data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
