About the Job

This is an exciting time to join Midi Health as a Senior People Partner! Reporting into the Senior Director, People Partners & Talent Development, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at Midi. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of your assigned client groups—which include Tech, Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and more—while also collaborating on company-wide People initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Help design and deliver people strategies that directly impact our growth
  • Partner with leaders across some of the most critical teams at Midi (Engineering, Product, Marketing, and beyond)
  • Work at the intersection of talent, leadership development, and employee experience
  • Make a direct impact on employee engagement, retention, and culture
The Difference You’ll Make
  • Lead HR strategy and execution with leadership teams to deliver a meaningful employee experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of client groups’ strategies, talent needs, and organizational design
  • Anticipate challenges and recommend solutions that drive business outcomes and employee engagement
  • Partner on People programs like performance management, salary review, and career development
  • Coach people managers on leadership best practices, team development, and employee engagement
  • Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Advise on workforce planning, change management, compliance, and organizational design
  • Collaborate across People, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to scale People programs
  • Lead and/or contribute to company-wide initiatives such as employee engagement, performance, and compensation
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related business field
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including 3+ years supporting technical or corporate functions (Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, etc.)
  • Experience with matrixed organizations and client groups of 200+ employees
  • Previous leadership experience managing HRBPs or people professionals
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the org
  • Solid understanding of HR compliance and labor laws
  • A user-led, design-thinking, or agile mindset for building scalable, employee-first solutions
