A leading education institution in London is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic advice and guidance on various people matters. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, experience in organizational change, and the ability to lead strategic HR initiatives. Our client, a successful and growing Education institution in London now has an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
Please note: this role offers hybrid working arrangements with a minimum requirement of 2 days pw working from the London offices.
As HR Business Partner you will act as a trusted and credible partner to your stakeholder group, providing strategic and commercially viable advice, support and guidance on a full range of people matters.
Through an understanding of the business aims, commercial activity and strategic priorities of your client group, you will build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to identify people priorities and challenges and take a data, insights approach to shaping solutions that drive positive change and mitigate risk.
