As a Senior People Partner, you will be a strategic leader in the HR department, responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with the business goals. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the workplace culture, driving employee engagement and ER related issues.
Key Responsibilities of The Senior People Partner:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support our business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development programs.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure HR strategies remain competitive and effective.
The Right People Partner:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
