  • Organisational Development: Contributing to organisational design efforts in response to business changes and opportunities.

This role is based in Crick, Northamptonshire. Whilst the role is offered on a hybrid basis there may be need to travel to support your stakeholders.

You:

You'll be an outcome-focused, curious, and energetic individual who thrives on collaborative teamwork within a wider HR context. You will enjoy working collaboratively with the wider HR team and you'll thrive on providing excellent people advice.

Skills and competencies
  • Proven Experience: Significant HR Business Partner-level experience, including leading complex people projects, excelling in operational environments, and adeptly managing challenging employee relations cases. You'll be skilled in data analysis for business insights and project management.
  • Key Skills: Exceptional coaching and facilitation abilities, confident in challenging senior stakeholders, with strong planning, prioritisation, and insightful presentation skills. You'll also be proficient in project management tools and organisational design.
