We’re working with a leading digital-first financial services firm undergoing exciting growth and transformation. They’re now looking for a Senior People Partner to join their high-impact HR team and lead the People agenda for one of their core business functions.

In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to senior leadership-driving culture, improving engagement, and shaping initiatives across reward, talent, organisational design, and performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise senior leaders on engagement, culture, and talent development
  • Lead on reward strategy and market analysis
  • Support organisational design and workforce planning as the business scales
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and onboarding
  • Use people data and insights to inform decision-making

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong HR generalist experience, ideally in financial services or a regulated environment
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: Reward, Engagement or Talent
  • Sound understanding of risk and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Confident working with people data to support strategic decisions
  • Coaching or talent development background is a plus
