A leading healthcare provider in London seeks a Senior People Business Partner to enhance operational HR strategies. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to improve workforce retention, culture, and overall performance. Ideal candidates will possess HR generalist experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a post-graduate qualification in a relevant field. This permanent role offers a salary of £70,396 to £80,837 per annum with flexible working options.
Our new HRBP operating model puts People Business Partners at the heart of operational planning and transformation -- and you'll be one of the key players leading that shift. We're recruiting two Senior People Business Partners to join our newly formed HR Business Partnering team. This is your chance to work differently -- not just reactively handling issues, but proactively influencing how our hospital recruits, retains, and develops its people. We've recently redesigned our People structure to meet the real needs of our staff and services. These posts are a cornerstone of that change -- providing visible, credible HR leadership within clinical and corporate divisions, and driving the people agenda in partnership with senior leaders.
