Job Description:

Re:work is partnering with a scaling fintech company on the lookout for a Senior People Operations Partner to join their growing People team in London for a 6-month contract.

As the business continues its global expansion, this role offers the chance to help shape and refine People processes while delivering thoughtful, hands-on support to employees around the world.

This position is ideal for someone who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity, thrives on problem-solving, and knows how to juggle multiple operational areas — including commissions, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle tasks. The role requires adaptability and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. If you’re someone who embraces the challenge of improving processes while keeping an eye on the bigger picture, this could be a great fit.

Beyond the day-to-day, there’s real room to step up and make a global impact. As the company expands into new regions, you’ll have the chance to help build global consistency, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and expand your employment knowledge across new markets.

What’s on Offer:

  • A salary of £50,000–£60,000, depending on experience.
  • A hybrid working model in their office in central London
  • The chance to join a collaborative, high-growth environment during a pivotal phase of international expansion.
  • A genuine opportunity to make an impact — improving and implementing processes and helping to shape a scalable, global People Operations function.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle support across multiple regions — from onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and benefits to immigration, commissions, and payroll data accuracy.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and global teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with Workplace Tech, Finance, Payroll, and Culture functions.
  • Own and improve core HR systems and processes (HiBob, benefits, vendor management) — driving consistency, automation, and scalable solutions.
  • Support and contribute to global People initiatives, including performance, compensation, and continuous improvement projects, using data insights and employee feedback to shape change.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in People Operations, managing the full employee lifecycle — including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and data accuracy — across the UK and at least one other country.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance, with additional experience in other regions considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to own and maintain accurate employee data for payroll, benefits, and HRIS (HiBob experience is highly desirable).
  • Skilled in process redesign, workflow mapping, and automation to improve and scale People Operations.

If you’re passionate about people operations and excited to join a company that’s scaling globally, we’d love to hear from you!
