Job Description

The key focus areas for this role are Data Management and Analytics. Experience in payroll and Reward is desirable.

  • Manage the accuracy, security, and integrity of all people-related data.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on key people metrics to support decision-making.
  • Support team leads in delivering strong data across the business.

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with UK/ROI regulations.
  • Monitor national minimum wage.
  • Understand shift work patterns.
  • Manage annual pay reviews and ensure competitive, fair pay structures.
  • Handle benefits management, including medical cover, healthcare assessments, and awards.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate audits related to the people team.
  • Drive process improvements in payroll, reward, and data systems.
  • Advise senior leadership on reward, payroll, and data matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in HR Operations, especially data & Analytics, and team management.
  • Proven experience in similar roles within large, fast-paced retail or hospitality organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll laws, tax, and benefits administration.
  • Expertise in people data analysis; Oracle EBS-HR experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage daily operations effectively.
  • Experience in developing reward strategies and incentive programs is a plus.
