Job summary

The Scottish National Investment Bank is seeking an experienced People Operations Lead to lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of high-quality, compliant and colleague-focused People Operations services across the Bank.

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will act as the senior operational lead for People Operations, translating agreed priorities into practical, reliable and scalable services across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading People Operations and HR service delivery in a complex organisation.
• Strong track record in employee relations, governance, policy application and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of People Operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide senior specialist advice on employee relations, governance and employment law.
• Establish governance frameworks, controls and service standards to ensure compliance and effective people management.
• Oversee people data, HR systems, payroll and benefits administration and MI.
• Develop workforce insights to support decision making and continuous improvement.
• Lead review and optimisation of systems and processes with a focus on self-service, automation and AI.
