Position: Senior People Operations Coordinator

You will report to the People Operations Manager and support HR operations to ensure smooth processes as we grow. Your role will include delivering a great employee experience, ensuring compliance, and reflecting our values.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design & Implement Policies: Support the creation and updating of people policies to ensure compliance and engagement.
  2. System Support & Implementation: Manage HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and support new HR technology rollouts.
  3. Employee Administration: Handle employee records, automate processes, and maintain data integrity.
  4. Service Quality: Respond to employee inquiries, improve self-service options, and enhance knowledge resources.
  5. Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for HR issues, resolving them efficiently.
  6. Knowledge Management: Maintain the People Team knowledge base and collaborate on self-service portals.
  7. Compliance Support: Assist with SMCR governance and risk management reporting.
  8. HR Controls: Manage HR controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  9. Cross-team Collaboration: Work with People, Finance, and Legal teams on initiatives.
  10. Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  11. External Insights: Bring innovative ideas and best practices to the team.
About You:
  • Experience: HR coordination or administration in a scaling tech or financial services company.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Data Skills: Analytical mindset with data experience.
  • Legal Knowledge: Understanding of UK employment law.
  • Inclusive Mindset: High EQ, integrity, and inclusivity.
  • Problem-solving: Creative and practical solutions skills.

Starting September 2025, we’ll open a new office in Manchester at WeWork, Dalton Place, 29 John Dalton Street, M2 6WF.

Work Flexibility: We support flexible working. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in the Manchester office. You can also work from abroad up to 120 days a year, subject to right to work.
