Overview

Are you an experienced HR generalist looking for a high-impact role? We're seeking a confident and proactive Senior People & Operations Advisor to join our growing HR function and help deliver exceptional service across our practices.

In this newly created role, you'll work closely with managers and operational leads, managing a varied caseload, leading HR initiatives, and contributing to our wider people strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape workforce sustainability, champion EDI, and support the development of a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities
  • Managing employee relations cases end-to-end
  • Leading on HR policy, process, and service development
  • Coordinating and delivering HR training for staff and managers
  • Supporting organisational change and strategic workforce planning
  • Driving our EDI agenda and contributing to the Workforce Sustainability Steering Group
  • Collaborating with our Communications Team to enhance internal engagement
Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role with a requirement for at least 4 days per week in the office and regular travel to our practice sites.
