Go Car Credit Limited in Warrington is seeking a Senior People & Culture Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will lead broad HR activities, implement new HRIS and payroll systems, and contribute to benefits, wellbeing and employee engagement.

We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract. We’ve recently taken recruitment in-house and are implementing new HRIS and payroll systems, with plans to enhance our benefits provision to support financial wellbeing and continue to provide outstanding all round wellbeing support to our teams.

About the business

Go Car’s proposition to customers is a credit repair product, whereby we’ve developed the ability to confidently underwrite customers who are generally not served by other lenders. We use a combination of data science, technology and direct personal interaction at all stages of the customer lifecycle to ensure right from first contact through to end of term that we’re providing the right product and generating the right outcomes for customers.
