We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our People & Cultureteam in London. As a Senior People Business Partner for our growing Sales teams across the region, you'll be more than just their point of contact, you'll be a strategic coach and proactive leader dedicated to elevating our sales leadership capability and driving engagement.
You will partner with People & Culture colleagues, leaders, as well as stakeholders to deliver a strategic people agenda. This includes spearheading initiatives that enhance performance management frameworks and accelerate the development journeys of our entire sales talent, aligning directly with the growth needs of our teams
You will be the vital link, not just for the UK, but across the entire region, consistently supporting the Head of People & Culture in all sales-related initiatives. This role is about actively shaping our sales leadership and fostering a highly engaged, high-performing sales force.
