Job summary

eNL is seeking an experienced Pensions Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join its national pensions team in a flexible, Birmingham-based role with hybrid working. The successful candidate will handle both advisory matters and complex projects, advising trustees and sponsoring corporates while supervising junior lawyers.

The role offers exposure to large-scale pension schemes and the opportunity to influence a collaborative national practice, with flexible location and working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in pensions law.
• Experience advising on occupational pension schemes.
• Experience advising trustees and corporate sponsors.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills in pensions.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, client-focused approach with mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on day-to-day pensions matters and complex projects.
• Support trustees, corporates and pension schemes.
• Draft deeds, agreements, and other pensions documentation.
• Interpret and apply pensions legislation.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Collaborate within a national pensions team to deliver high-quality work.
