Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Pensions Managing Associate in Bristol to join a market-leading pensions team. The role combines contentious and non-contentious work for corporate sponsors, trustees, insurers, and overseas parents, with hybrid working scheduled.

You will advise on establishment, de-risking, wind-ups, litigation, and regulatory matters while collaborating with London and Bristol colleagues to drive client growth and business development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in corporate pensions from a top city or regional firm.
• Strong technical expertise across advisory and contentious pensions work.
• Excellent academics and commercial acumen.
• Proactive approach to client relationships and business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise on all aspects of pension arrangements including establishment, mergers, de-risking and wind-ups.
• Handle pension litigation, trust-related claims, and rectification actions as required.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support insurance product development and cross-border issues.
• Collaborate with teams in London and Bristol, taking on responsibility and contributing to growth.
