Key senior opportunity within this growing outsourced pensions management and scheme secretarial team, offering the chance to take on professional trustee appointments.

This role is hybrid, requiring approximately 2 days a week in the office, at various UK locations.

About the role

  • Drive the ongoing growth of the department, leveraging your commercial focus along with staff mentoring and development skills.
  • Support the development and delivery of business pitches.
  • Undertake diverse work on behalf of clients, including ongoing scheme management for DB, DC, and wider benefits, as well as specific projects.
  • Provide scheme secretarial services as needed and oversee project delivery.
About you
  • You should possess up-to-date technical knowledge, with a keen focus on governance requirements for DB and DC schemes.
  • Experience from an in-house or consultancy background, with industry involvement or networking experience, would be highly beneficial.
