In this role, you will mentor junior team members and act as an escalation point for project issues. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pension consulting or related field.
• Proven experience working on complex implementation projects.
• Ability to interpret pension scheme rules and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Implementation Manager and act as an escalation point.
• Lead on complex client implementation projects.
• Mentor and coach Implementation Consultants and Analysts.
