Senior Pensions Data Specialist, Midlothian

Join our pensions data solutions team, comprising data experts from diverse backgrounds, providing leading-edge insights into member data quality issues that may affect our clients' strategic goals and journey plans.

We are seeking experienced Defined Benefit pensions professionals to deliver data services including data and benefit audits, data strategies, pension rectifications such as GMP rectification and equalisation.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of areas, adding tangible value to clients and pension scheme members, especially as data challenges become more diverse.

The Role:
  • Create and customise bulk tools and solutions.
  • Review and direct work done by others.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to a broad audience.
  • Apply strong numeracy, analytical skills, and experience with modern software.
  • Interest in programming and technological solutions is advantageous.
  • Maintain good organisation and project management skills.
  • Experience in pension rectification exercises is beneficial.
