A great opportunity to join our pensions data solutions team comprising data experts from different backgrounds, who provide leading-edge insights where deficiencies in member data quality may impede our client’s ability to achieve their strategic goal and journey plans.
We are recruiting experienced Defined Benefit pensions professionals to join us as a Senior Pensions Data Specialist to deliver data services to our clients, including data and benefit audits, preparing data strategies and plans, and undertaking pension rectifications such as GMP rectification and equalisation.
While helping clients meet their GMP objectives, the data challenges they face are becoming more diverse, giving you a great chance to work across a broad spectrum of areas and add tangible value to clients and pension scheme members.
The Role: You will create and customise bulk tools and solutions, oversee and review work done by others, and take responsibility for successful delivery. You should communicate technical issues clearly to a broad audience. The role requires high numeracy, good analytical skills, and experience with modern software, programming, and developing technological solutions. Good organisation skills and project management behaviours are also expected. Experience in pension rectification exercises and data cleansing is advantageous.
Our work style: At WTW, we trust you to manage your work and environment. Our teams work in a hybrid style—remote, in-person, and in-office—depending on role, team, and client needs. We support flexible and part-time working to promote an inclusive and diverse workforce.
Office location: This role can be based in London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or Edinburgh.
Join us: Be part of a dynamic team with a clear career path, on-the-job training, and mentorship to support your growth with us!
