We have a great opportunity for someone to join our award-winning Pension Risk Transfer business as a Senior Pensions Data Loading Specialist on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will build calculation models, load, check, and sign off on customer data into L&G’s Pension Administration System. You will also issue key customer communications as part of this varied role. This is a hybrid working opportunity, allowing flexible work between our Hove Office and home.

What you'll be doing:

1. Independently analyzing scheme data, building calculation models, and loading scheme-specific benefits into the system.
2. Completing test calculations to ensure accurate customer quotes and payments, meeting SLAs.
3. Producing and issuing member correspondence reflecting scheme benefits and notifying customers, liaising with third-party printers as needed.
4. Checking and signing off scheme loads and member correspondence prepared by team members.
5. Providing support to internal and external clients, resolving inquiries per SLAs.
6. Maintaining a full audit trail of data processes, testing, and documenting procedures for consistency.
7. Keeping internal and third-party stakeholders updated on key information affecting their processing.

2. Knowledge of GDPR, Money Laundering, Treating Customers Fairly, and Complaints & Breach Guidelines.
3. Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
4. Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
5. Accurate, efficient, and detail-oriented service delivery.
6. Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
7. Ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Relevant pension qualifications (e.g., CII, PMI) or industry experience preferred.
