Senior Pensions Administrator – DB Schemes

London - £35-45,000 depending on experience – Flexible / Hybrid Working & Excellent Benefits Package.

A leading UK Financial Services Group, providing Pension & Investment Consultancy services to many of the UK’s largest companies, is looking to recruit into their expanding Pension Administration Team. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Provide technical Pension Administration services, calculate, and process scheme benefits.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, helping develop their knowledge.
  • Check and approve work of other team members.
  • Apply benefit structures, trust deed & rules, and pensions legislation.
  • Support the Administration Manager to meet departmental deadlines.
  • Handle queries from HMRC and DWP, liaise with clients, scheme actuaries, and third parties.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Respond to technical queries from members via phone, email, and letter.
