Senior Pensions Administrator

Are you looking to advance your career within administration? Join a reputable advisory firm with a dedicated team of experienced pensions professionals.

Location: Wales or Buckinghamshire with hybrid working arrangements.

About the role
  • Assist with the administration of new scheme take-ons, ensuring accurate data recording and maintenance, and that services meet agreed standards.
  • Respond to internal and external client queries promptly and accurately, within required timescales.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, processes, and standards related to pensions administration, including automation initiatives.
  • Support the Pension Administration Manager with employee inductions, supervision, evaluation, and coaching to foster performance and development.
About you
  • Over 5 years of experience with a third-party administrator or in an in-house pensions department.
  • Strong technical knowledge of DB & DC pension schemes.
  • Working towards PMI or CII qualifications.
