Job summary

Bruin is seeking an experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join its team in Nottingham. You will manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients, delivering high-calibre administration for Defined Benefit schemes and supporting team training and development.

You will handle all day-to-day activities, ensure SLAs are met, and participate in meetings with trustees and clients. This role offers scope for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experienced pensions administrator with knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit schemes.
• Strong manual calculation experience is required.
• Experience working with trustees and clients in a pensions setting.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for all work to ensure delivery meets client SLAs.
• Process member events within deadlines.
• Peer review and check work for compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
• Communicate with members, trustees and third parties.
• Provide support and share knowledge across the team.
• Attend and present at internal and client meetings (Trustee/client).
• Keep up to date with changes impacting your portfolio or schemes.
• Take responsibility for ad hoc projects.

Due to recent client wins a leading Pension Consultancy are looking for Senior Pension Administrator's to join their team.

You will be responsible for the service provided to a portfolio of pension scheme clients that range in size. You will manage all day-to-day activities in relation to your portfolio, as well as supporting the team with their training and development needs.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Take responsibility for all work to ensure delivery is of a high standard and is in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
• Process member events within deadlines.
• Peer review and check work to ensure it is of a high standard and compliant with scheme rules and legislation.
• Communicating with members, trustees and other third parties.
• Provide support and share knowledge across the team.
• Attend and present at both internal and external meetings (including Trustee and/or client meetings).
• Keep up to date with any changes impacting your portfolio or schemes.
• Take responsibility for ad hoc projects.

To apply for this role you must already be an experienced pensions administrator with relevant experience and knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes as well as strong manual calculations experience
