Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Paediatric Physiotherapist to join the East Sussex Integrated Therapy and Equipment Service (ESCITES). You will work across Crowborough/Uckfield, Polegate and Hastings bases, collaborating with OTs, physiotherapists, assistants and administrators to support children aged 0–19.

You will provide clinical supervision, apply evidence-based practice and contribute to service improvement within a flexible, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Registered physiotherapist with NHS experience.
• Experience working with children and young people (0–19).
• Ability to supervise and develop staff and students.
• Collaborates with schools and ISEND services for integrated care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic physiotherapy assessment and care planning for children aged 0–19.
• Lead and supervise junior staff and students within the integrated therapy team.
• Engage with schools, education providers and local authorities to coordinate care.
• Support service improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice across bases.
