Aldrich & Company Limited is seeking an AVP, Transaction Management for Private Equity to lead complex deal close processes and optimize operations across global strategies.

The role demands 5+ years in transaction management within private equity, a degree, and strong communication. You will manage KYC, legal docs, fundings, and ensure timely, accurate closing while mentoring the Transaction Management team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Transaction Management or similar roles.
• Degree essential.
• Knowledge of private equity investments and PE documentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with KYC/AML and fund settlements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support deal closing processes under short timelines.
• Enhance and automate operational processes for efficiency and scale.
• Serve as go-to resource on process queries.
• Mentor and share knowledge across the Transaction Management team.
• Act as middle office contact for Legal Counsels, Custodians, and KYC/AML agents.
• Coordinate with internal teams on timely exchange of KYC docs, fundings, and queries.
• Track and update deal closing tasks in the workflow platform.
• Coordinate pre-deal and investment documentation review and execution.
• Manage processing and reconciliation of investment commitments and audit findings.
• Ensure daily/monthly deliverables across global time zones.
