Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking an Electronics Engineer for PCB layout and verification, collaborating with internal teams to meet stringent manufacturing standards.

The role involves managing external PCB fabrication and assembly, organizing layout reviews, and supporting library development for internal design tools. Strong English, cross-functional experience, and vendor communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics or equivalent education.
• Experience with complex mixed-signal multi-layer PCBs.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, manufacturing processes, and assembly.
• Experience with automated test equipment and hardware verification tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with international cross-functional experience.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate with vendors and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform layout and verification of provided schematics and the layout.
• Manage external PCB manufacturing & assembly including quote request and purchasing flow.

• Track the project status, escape any deviation from schedule and technical issues.
