Select Offshore in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. Based in a hybrid setup with our new Billericay office and home, you will manage timesheets for our contracted workforce and coordinate with contractors to resolve discrepancies.

You will review, validate, and process timesheets, ensure accurate payments, and support the end-to-end payroll cycle. The role requires UK PAYE experience, strong organizational skills, and proficient use of

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll or finance administration.
• Experience in high-volume payroll and UK PAYE.
• Strong organizational and numerical accuracy.
• Proficient with timesheet software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review timesheets and expenses from contractors for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure timely processing of timesheets to meet payroll deadlines.
• Assist end-to-end payroll processes and ensure deadlines are met.
• Verify hours, overtime, travel days and other timesheet requirements.
• Serve as a POC for contractors and clients with queries promptly.
• Monitor email inboxes and resolve queries.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline timesheet management.
