Mha Plc in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Payroll Associate to provide accurate payroll and Auto Enrolment services for a portfolio of clients. Hybrid working is available after settling in period.

The role requires solid knowledge of payroll legislation, Auto Enrolment, strong communication with clients and HMRC, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail. Experience with Paycircle or Xero is preferred. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients' payroll and Auto Enrolment.
• Ensure timely payroll delivery and deadlines.
• Collect payroll data efficiently and timetables.
• Liaise with clients, HMRC and pension providers.
• Process payrolls in line with procedures.
• Submit client payroll data to BACS.
• Support and mentor junior payroll team.
