Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll services delivery for a portfolio of clients.
• Lead and develop Payroll Specialists and Administrators.
• Manage client relationships with HR Directors and senior stakeholders.
• Chair client reviews and KPI reporting, ensuring high service standards.
• Escalate to Director with solutions, not just problems.
