Butler Rose is recruiting a Payroll Senior Administrator to join a Chester payroll team. You will process weekly and monthly payrolls end-to-end, working with Sage 50 or BrightPay, and handle pensions, HMRC queries, and BACS submissions.

The role offers a collaborative environment with mentoring and ongoing system training. The ideal candidate has payroll experience in a bureau or in-house setting, strong knowledge of payroll legislation and auto-enrolment, and excellent communication, time

Formación

• Experience in payroll processing, end-to-end, in-house or bureau.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and auto enrolment.
• Ability to manually calculate payroll.
• Familiarity with Sage 50 or BrightPay preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish.
• Deal with auto-enrolment pensions and pension providers.
• Manage HMRC, PAYE and related payroll submissions (BACS).
• Handle P11Ds processing and holiday pay calculations.
• Keep up to date with payroll legislation.
