Butler Rose are partnering with a progressive, well-established firm to welcome an experienced Payroll Senior Administrator to its friendly team. Based from Altrincham or Northwich, this role suits someone with a strong background in end-to-end payroll processing who enjoys working with a varied client base and taking ownership of their work.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end payroll processing experience in a multi-client environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional client relationships.
• Ability to own and manage payroll workloads with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Process auto-enrolment pensions and liaise with providers.
• Handle PAYE, CIS, BACS submissions and holiday pay.
• Process P11Ds and payroll-related reporting.
• Respond to payroll queries from clients and employees.
• Liaise with HMRC and external stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with payroll legislation and compliance.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues.
