Qualifications

• Experience within a payroll function, ideally in a Practice setting.
• Capacity to handle complex payroll scenarios effectively.
• Experience in managing and mentoring payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of client payrolls.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation (HMRC, TPR, etc.).
• Provide mentorship and support to junior payroll staff.
