A GBP 29,000 plus bonus

Full-time, 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Permanent Office based

Commutable from Hull, Driffield, Market Weighton, Goole, Howden, and Selby

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Beverley who is looking to hire an experienced Senior Payroll Executive aiming to progress to Payroll Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and growing team supporting a varied and expanding client base.

Responsibilities
  1. Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls
  2. Calculating and processing holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay, and expenses
  3. Managing overtime, shift pay, and salary increases
  4. Deducting tax and National Insurance contributions
  5. Managing PAYE coding notices and liaising with HMRC
  6. Submitting RTI returns (weekly/fortnightly/monthly)
  7. Completing CIS returns and P32/month-end forms
  8. Issuing P45s, P60s, and payslips
  9. Responding to client queries and providing general payroll support
  10. Assisting with new starter and leaver paperwork, including P45s
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a payroll position is essential
  2. Strong understanding of payroll legislation, PAYE, RTI, and CIS
  3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  4. Confident communication skills and ability to work independently
  5. Experience liaising with HMRC and resolving payroll queries
