Job summary

Insight International (UK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and implement technology solutions for the Payments domain within a UK banking context. You will align business needs with enterprise architecture, lead architecture runs, and collaborate with business leaders, PMs, and other architects to ensure secure, scalable systems.

The role requires experience in payments solutions, cloud architecture, and industry engagement with UK bodies, with a focus on Open Banking,

Qualifications

Experience designing scalable payment solutions within a bank or payments ecosystem.
Leadership in architecture governance and domain runway management.
Proven ability to align business requirements with technology strategy.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
Lead Architecture Runway for the Payments domain in a Scaled Agile context.
Evaluate new technologies and provide adoption guidance.
Collaborate with stakeholders including business leaders and PMs.
Ensure domain systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.
Design payments solutions covering fraud, sanctions screening, and API gateways.
Engage with UK Payments vendors and industry bodies as needed.
Demonstrate architectural leadership in UK banking environments.
