Standard Bank Offshore is seeking a Senior Payments Administrator on a 14-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on supporting daily payment operations, processing domestic and international payments, and maintaining high service levels within the Isle of Man operations team.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in banking, strong payment operations knowledge, and experience handling customer queries with a proactive risk management mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Secondary education required (A-Levels or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of payment operations and banking processes.
• Experience handling customer queries and resolving operational issues.
• Knowledge of risk management, AML and KYC requirements would be advantageous.
• Process and validate domestic and international payment transactions accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Manage inward and outward payment queues, coordinating and prioritising team workloads.
• Support the investigation and resolution of payment-related queries and reconciliation issues.
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, investigate and elevate suspicious activity in line with AML/KYC requirements.
• Follow procedures and manage tasks; work well in a team; data analysis and data management; manual deal or trade processing; product related systems; project reporting; settlement systems.
