Job summary

Medpace in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time, office-based Patient Recruitment Coordinator to join our Patient Recruitment team. This role works independently and with the team to drive recruitment and retention for clinical research trials.

You will implement recruitment strategies, collaborate with the CRA and recruitment colleagues, track referrals and enrollment, and support study communications and social media updates. The position offers a stable career path in a global CRO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Life Science preferred.
• At least 4 years of business experience.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies.

• Utilize systems to track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment.

This position will work both independently and with a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to recruiting and retaining patients for our clinical research trials.
