The Role

The Senior Patient Recruitment Associate (sPRA) will lead the day-to-day management of smaller study(s) or sections of larger studies to ensure they are delivered on scope, on budget, and on time with high quality and customer service.

You will oversee the management of assigned Patient Navigators (PNs), ensuring they are fully trained and effectively supported throughout the study to maintain high-quality work.

You will provide ongoing project updates to clients and internal teams, including key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate impact. Analyzing collected data to identify trends and presenting information to stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities.

This role involves significant work with service software, including training and feedback for improvements. Daily oversight of software functionalities is required to identify and report issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of smaller studies or sections of larger projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Team Oversight: Train, support, and oversee Patient Navigators, ensuring high-quality work and addressing issues promptly.
  • Client & Data Management: Lead client updates, present KPIs, analyze study data, and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Software Engagement: Become a core user and trainer for our service software, providing feedback for enhancements.
  • Quality & Documentation: Maintain high standards for all study documentation, ensuring proper development, review, and updates.
  • Study Start-Up and Close-Out: Develop content for client kick-off meetings, lead discussions, and oversee the final study report development.
Key Skills/Attributes/Education
  • Degree or higher in biological or related sciences, or relevant experience.
  • Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, or health communications (desirable).
  • Ability to multitask across various projects.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders on multi-regional projects.
  • Proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Previous project management experience.
