Your World Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Band 7 Patient Engagement Lead in Croydon for a temporary role. The post involves 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and is expected to last about 6 months with possible extension.

The pay rate is £26.16 PAYE inclusive of holiday pay, with start ASAP and a base location of Office/Hospital. The role supports the Head of Patient Experience to develop engagement programmes, coordinate campaigns, and report on engagement metrics to ensure high-quality

Responsibilities

• Strategic Responsibilities: Support the Head of Patient Experience and Engagement in developing the Patient Engagement Programme of Work/Plan to meet national policy, compliance (CQC) requirements and best practice across the trust.
• Operational Responsibilities: Manage the Patient Engagement Programme of Work/Plan with day-to-day activities; review policies and processes; chair groups/meetings; address engagement concerns; liaise with NHS bodies and other authorities; produce regular reports.
• Feedback Mechanisms: Ensure effective engagement data collection and timely reporting; manage FFT data and reporting; complete action plans.
• Learning, Quality and Continuous Improvement: Implement action plans, manage projects, share lessons learned, and conduct audits for quality standards.
