Dawn Ellmore Employment Agency is seeking an experienced Patent Paralegal to join a well-established IP firm in London. The role supports Patent Attorneys with all patent formalities and prosecution, handling deadlines, filings and portfolio updates.

The ideal candidate will have IP paralegal experience, knowledge of UKIPO/EPO/PCT procedures, and hands-on experience with IP management systems such as Inprotech or Patricia, combined with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a Patent Paralegal or intellectual property support role within private practice.
• Good working knowledge of UKIPO, EPO and PCT procedures.
• Experience using IP management systems such as Inprotech or Patricia.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and filing UK, EP and PCT patent applications.
• Managing deadlines, docketing and maintaining accurate case records.
• Handling EP grant formalities, validations and prosecution matters.
• Liaising with clients, attorneys and overseas associates.
• Preparing reports, correspondence and portfolio updates.
• Providing general administrative and paralegal support to the patent team.
