You will manage drafting, prosecution and portfolio strategy while expanding client relationships and driving growth with senior leadership support. A transferable client base is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Patent Attorney.
• Specialisation in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or closely related disciplines.
• Salaried Partner level or high-performing Senior Associate ready for Partnership.
• Transferable book of business or proven BD track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and practice leadership across drafting, prosecution, portfolio management and strategic advisory work.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate, SME and academic clients.
• Drive business development and growth to expand the firm’s market footprint.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape practice development and mentor junior team members.
