The Role:

AsSenior Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our pastry kitchen. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will lead the preparation and production of exquisite desserts and pastry items, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the pastry section and support junior team members

  • Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

  • Maintain compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH standards

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and refine pastry offerings

  • Uphold Four Seasons’ commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction

What you bring:

  • Minimum1 year of experienceas a Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury or fine dining environment, ideally in a Michelin-starred kitchen

  • Strong knowledge ofFood Safety, HACCP, and COSHH

  • Food Hygiene qualification(CIEH or equivalent)

  • Excellentteamwork and communicationskills

  • Proven ability toplan, organise, and leadeffectively

  • All candidates must hold the Right to Work in the UK
