This is an exciting role to work as part of the restaurant team at a prestigious venue in Kensington & Chelsea that brings Italian dining to West London.
With a high-profile chef designing the food concept, this will be a wonderful opportunity to work in a grade 2 listed iconic building with an art gallery and theatre. As Senior Pastry Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the efficient running of a section within the kitchen on a day-to-day basis. It will be your main responsibility to assist in leading service and maintain the high culinary standards set by the Executive Chef Emanuele Pollini, maintain high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen, and help to run the pass during service. You will be responsible for running the pastry section alongside your team.
