We’re looking for a Hospitality Partnerships Manager to help us grow and manage ourecosystem of product integration partners across EMEA. Reporting to the Director ofHospitality Partnerships, you will work across our hospitality platform to strengthenstrategic partnerships, develop new integrations, and drive value for Lightspeed and ourmerchants.

With hundreds of integration partners and apps in our ecosystem, this role requires theability to manage multiple priorities and build strong, collaborative relationships —internally and externally.

*Please note that this role is based in London and is not fully remote. At Lightspeed, we follow a hybrid working model and enjoy collaborating in the office.*

Your key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for integration partners across multiple products and regions
  • Align with partners on joint priorities and ensure their roadmaps reflect Lightspeed’s strategic goals
  • Manage relationships with app developers and partners building on our hospitality platforms
  • Coordinate with legal, commercial, and product teams on negotiations and partnership agreements
  • Schedule regular key partner touchpoints to communicate updates, gather feedback, and maintain alignment
  • Evaluate inbound partner requests and assess strategic fit
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or consolidate multi-regional or multi-product partnerships
  • Leverage industry relationships to surface and pursue innovative partnership opportunities

KPIs:

  • Our hospitality integration partners are motivated to help us and have a clear set of priorities on how to help Lightspeed achieve its goals
  • Partners working with us have clear points of contact at Lightspeed when they need help
  • We can tie efforts managing and growing our partnerships to revenue growth or retention by solving the needs of our customers
  • Internal teams who interact with the partnership team feel well supported and priorities are clear across the organization

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in partnerships, ideally in POS, payments, or B2B tech
  • Experience working across legal, product, and commercial teams
  • Background in global SaaS or fast-growth tech environments
  • Proven ability to shape strategy and execute partnership plans with measurable outcomes
  • Exposure to managing strategic or complex partner accounts

Capabilities:

  • Track record of working with geographically distributed, high-performing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency in additional European languages (French, German, or Dutch) is a plus
