Job summary

A fast-growing fintech company in London seeks a Senior Partner Account Manager to manage and build relationships with 9-12 enterprise strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in account management and a background in fintech, particularly payments. This role offers the opportunity to expand partnerships across new geographies and maximize growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Account Management/Relationship Management/Customer Success.
  • Must have experience managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing fintech - Payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of 9-12 enterprise strategic partnerships across key ICP.
  • Build and nurture relationships across key stakeholders within existing portfolio.
  • Perform QBRs to analyse product performance and retain partnerships.
  • Maximise growth within accounts via upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Expand relationships across new geographies.

They embed/integrate into these large platforms and leverage on their capital product onto the Platforms end customers!

They are on the hunt for a Senior Partner Account Manager to join their growing team.

  • Manage a book of 9-12 enterprise strategic partnerships across key ICP.
